Santan Gula Melaka Jelly

INGREDIENTS
100g Gula Melaka
Few pandan leaves (knotted)
5g agar powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
450ml (+200ml) water
100g Santan
STEPS
- Melt Gula Melaka in water and Pandan leaves. Remove Pandan leaves after that.
- Add in the remaining ingredients except santan.
- Stir until it boils.
- Add in Santan and boil for 2 minutes.
- Leave to cool and pour into mould.
- Refrigerate after leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
