INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
60g sugar
105g flour
540g milk, warmed
38g unsalted butter
600g cream
75g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
STEPS
- Mix all ingredients.
- Sieve.
- Cook one layer after another.
- Cool.
- Apply cream.
- Refrigerate.
