Traditional Chinese Pancake
煎传统面粉糕
SERVING SIZE: 5-6 pieces
UTENSIL: Tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet pan)
INGREDIENTS :
90g 面粉
40g糖
190g水
半teaspoon盐
90g all purpose flour
40g sugar
190g water
half teaspoon salt
STEPS:
- Mix all ingredients into batter.
- By using a non stick pan, cook pancake till done.
- Serve.
