Tiramisu Ice Cream

Tiramisu Ice Cream



INGREDIENTS 
500g UHT whipping cream 
300g condensed milk (next time can try 250g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coffee/espresso powder 
2 tablespoons warm water
45g chips more extra chocolate cookies (crushed)
45g butterscotch chips 

STEPS
  1. Put mixing bowl and mixer blades in the freezer. Put condensed milk and UHT whipping cream in fridge until chill. 
  2. Whisk whipping cream and condensed milk until thickens. 
  3. Add in vanilla extract, coffee + warm water mixture. 
  4. Continue whisking. 
  5. Fold in chocolate cookies and butterscotch chips with spatula.  
  6. Pour in container. 
  7. Freezer overnight. 
  8. Serve.
