Tiramisu Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
500g UHT whipping cream
300g condensed milk (next time can try 250g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coffee/espresso powder
2 tablespoons warm water
45g chips more extra chocolate cookies (crushed)
45g butterscotch chips
STEPS
- Put mixing bowl and mixer blades in the freezer. Put condensed milk and UHT whipping cream in fridge until chill.
- Whisk whipping cream and condensed milk until thickens.
- Add in vanilla extract, coffee + warm water mixture.
- Continue whisking.
- Fold in chocolate cookies and butterscotch chips with spatula.
- Pour in container.
- Freezer overnight.
- Serve.
