Ikan Asam Pedas

Ikan Asam Pedas

INGREDIENTS
Fish (Tenggiri/jenak/pari) 
Lady fingers 

Blend ingredients:
Dried chili : Onion 
2 : 1 
Serai 
Turmeric 
Garlic

Asam jawa + water
Curry powder
Salt

STEPS
  1. Blend the ingredients. 
  2. Tumis with oil until fragrant /dries up. Add little curry powder for extra aroma.
  3. Stir fry lady fingers. 
  4. Add water. 
  5. Add fish.
  6. Add asam water.
  7. Add salt. 
  8. Serve.
