INGREDIENTS
Fish (Tenggiri/jenak/pari)
Lady fingers
Blend ingredients:
Dried chili : Onion
2 : 1
Serai
Turmeric
Garlic
Asam jawa + water
Curry powder
Salt
STEPS
- Blend the ingredients.
- Tumis with oil until fragrant /dries up. Add little curry powder for extra aroma.
- Stir fry lady fingers.
- Add water.
- Add fish.
- Add asam water.
- Add salt.
- Serve.
