 Steam Cod Fish 

INGREDIENTS 

1 cod fillet (approximately 300g) 

ginger 

garlic 

SAUCE:  

sesame oil 

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 

1/2 teaspoon fish sauce 

1 teaspoon sesame oil 

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 

1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce 

ginger-garlic oil 

water

GARNISH

cilantro leaves

spring onion 


STEPS

  1. Wash the cod fillet with flour. Rinse off. Pat dry. 
  2. Lay few spring onion and ginger slices on top and bottom of the cod fillet. 
  3. Steam for 7-8 minutes. 
  4. Fry minced garlic and ginger with sesame oil. 
  5. Prepare the sauce and garnishing. 
  6. Put on the fish and pour the sauce over and let it be in the steamer for another 1-2 minutes (fire off).
  7. Serve.
