Steam Cod Fish
INGREDIENTS
1 cod fillet (approximately 300g)
ginger
garlic
SAUCE:
sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
ginger-garlic oil
water
GARNISH
cilantro leaves
spring onion
STEPS
- Wash the cod fillet with flour. Rinse off. Pat dry.
- Lay few spring onion and ginger slices on top and bottom of the cod fillet.
- Steam for 7-8 minutes.
- Fry minced garlic and ginger with sesame oil.
- Prepare the sauce and garnishing.
- Put on the fish and pour the sauce over and let it be in the steamer for another 1-2 minutes (fire off).
- Serve.
