Yam (Taro) Filling

INGREDIENTS
1.1 kg yam (after peeled)
100g purple sweet potato
350g sugar (I reduced to 200g sugar)
180g cooking oil
STEPS
- Remove yam and sweet potato skin. Cut into slices. Steam till soften.
- Mash with food masher while warm.
- Transfer to wok, cook sugar and oil together.
- When it gets non-sticky, cool and store.
