INGREDIENTS
Pancake batter
3-4 cabbage leaves (thinly sliced)
100g flour
100ml milk (20g Anlene milk powder + water)
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Some minced pork (marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper and cooking wine)

Homemade ciplak okonomiyaki sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon honey
Mix all ingredients at once when about to fry.
Heat up tawa with some oil.
Spread half of the pancake batter into a round shape.
Fry till golden brown and flip over.
Remove to plate after both sides turn crispy golden brown.
Spread okonomiyaki sauce with spoon.
Drizzle mayo.
Cut seasoned nori on top.
Serve.

NOTE
Once cabbage is added to batter, it will secrete liquid. So, cook immediately after mixing all ingredients together.
