Another dish which I think I have done quite well is - Ku Lou Yok
INGREDIENTS
500g meat (cube size)
1/2 cucumber (smaller pieces)
2 red chilies (smaller pieces)
2 big onion (cut diagonally slices)
Appropriate amount of corn starch
Marinate Ingredients
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of Shao Xing wine
3 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
2 tablespoons of sour plum sauce 酸梅酱
2 teablespoons of Chilie Ketchup
3 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
150ml water

Sauce Ingredients

1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
150ml water
STEPS
- Marinate meat and marinate ingredients for 1 hour.
- Coat marinated meat with corn starch.
- Deep fried till golden brown. Get rid from the oil.
- Remain 1 tablespoon of oil, stir fry onion, chilie and cucumber. Add in the sauce ingredients and cook till thicken.
- Add in the cooked meat earlier.
- Serve.
