5 Spices Sesame Roasted Chicken

I am not only busy with baking but also with cooking. Mom has been calling me to cook for several nights and ah - it's tiring. Really is. I like to ensure my dishes are different and special each time. So, I do make homework and find out good recipes online.

5 Spices Sesame Roasted Chicken

I'm amateur at cutting chicken - forgive the poor cutting. 


INGREDIENTS
1/2 chicken / 5 big chicken thighs 
appropriate amount of honey 
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds 

Marinate Ingredients 
1 teaspoon of 5 spices powder 
little sesame oil 
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
little pepper 
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic 

STEPS
  1. Clean the chicken thoroughly. Give a few cuts on the chicken to ensure better marination. 
  2. Marinate the chicken for 4 hours and above. 
  3. Dry out the chicken from the marinate sauce. Wrap it with aluminium foil. 
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 210 degree Celsius top and bottom fire. 
  5. After baking for 15 minutes, get the chicken out and overturn the surface. Continue baking for another 15 minutes. 
  6. Take the chicken out from the oven and apply a layer of honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the chicken. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown cooked. 
  7. Serve. 



大鸡腿-5只

蜜糖-适量

芝麻-2汤匙


腌料 

五香粉-1茶匙

麻油- 少许

酱油-1汤匙

蠔油-2汤匙

胡椒粉- 少许

盐-1茶匙

蒜茸-1汤匙

做法

1)将鸡腿洗干净,用刀在前后割两横。

2)将腌料倒入鸡腿内腌4小时或以上。

3)将鸡腿沥干放进已铺上锡纸的烤盘的烤架上,放入预热烤箱以210度上下火,烤至15分钟后,然后取出反面再烤15分钟。

3)将鸡腿翻正面刷上蜜糖,再加上芝麻放进烤箱里再烤多15-20分钟,
表面金黄色熟透即可。
