Masala Vada

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup yellow mung bean
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1/2 inch piece of ginger (finely chopped)
4-5 curry leaves (finely chopped)
2-3 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped)
salt
oil (deep frying)
STEPS:
- Soak the yellow mung bean.
- Discard the water and blend the mung bean finely.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shape the vada.
- Deep fry.
- Serve.
