KETO BREADMAKER LOAF

SERVING: 1 loaf (usually 16 thin slices +-)
BREADMAKER: Philips HD9045-30
INGREDIENTS:
240ml warm water
2 eggs (room temp)
41g oat fiber
70g flaxseed meal
190g vital wheat gluten
1 teaspon (6g) salt (circumference of the bread container)
2 tbspn (30g) powdered erythritol
1 teaspn (7g) honey (circumference of the bread container)
1/2 teaspn Xanthan gum (spread out evenly)
30g butter (olive oil)
1 tbspn (8g) instant dry yeast
STEPS:
- Mix all the ingredients into the breadmaker.
- Use setting 1: White Bread. 750g weight and dark mode. Time taken around 4 hours 10 minutes.
- Done baking, take it out from the bread container and cool on a rack.
- Slice when it has completely cooled down.
- Store remaining slices of bread according to portions in freezer.
- Just take it out to thaw/toast straight in the air fryer in the morning for a quick toast (200 DC for 3-4 min)
