Thai Chili Sauce

 Thai Chili Sauce

SERVING 
Almost 1.7 lit 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Green Bird Eye's chili (I used fresh red chilli)
  • 500g garlic 
  • 120g coriander leaves 
  • 140g Gula Melaka
  • 200ml fish sauce 
  • 300ml lime juice (I used: tamarind juice (100ml tamarind + 300ml water)) 
  • 200ml water (I used Apple cider vinegar) 

STEPS:
  1. Get all the ingredients ready. 
  2. Blend everything. 
  3. Store in freezer (up to 6 months maybe) or fridge (within a week). 


I used combination of tomyam paste and Thai chili paste to make this ikan tenggiri goreng 3 rasa.
