Thai Chili Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 100g Green Bird Eye's chili (I used fresh red chilli)
- 500g garlic
- 120g coriander leaves
- 140g Gula Melaka
- 200ml fish sauce
- 300ml lime juice (I used: tamarind juice (100ml tamarind + 300ml water))
- 200ml water (I used Apple cider vinegar)
STEPS:
- Get all the ingredients ready.
- Blend everything.
- Store in freezer (up to 6 months maybe) or fridge (within a week).
I used combination of tomyam paste and Thai chili paste to make this ikan tenggiri goreng 3 rasa.
