Ginger-garlic Pork Slices

INGREDIENTS
350g pork (mei rou)
1 teaspoon garlic (2 garlic cloves)
2 stalks of green onion
10 slices of ginger
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
little white pepper powder
little salt
3 tablespoons water
STEPS
- Slice pork into thin slices. Marinate with corn starch, salt and white pepper powder. Put aside.
- Heat up some oil and stir fry garlic and ginger.
- Add in meat.
- Add in oyster sauce, salt and water.
- Continue to cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
