Sushi Rice

Sushi Rice 
Adapted recipe from:

INGREDIENTS
2 cups sushi rice 
2 cups water 
4 tablespoons rice vinegar 
3 tablespoons sugar (I used 4 teaspoons of brown sugar)
2 teaspoons salt (I used 1 teaspoon)
2 tablespoons mirin (I used grape wine) 

STEPS
  1. Wash and rinse rice 3 times. 
  2. Mix water into the rice. Steam rice with lunch box cooker. 
  3. Mix up the rice vinegar, sugar, salt and grape wine. Pour into the rice and mix well.
  4. Put aside and ready to be used best at room temperature. 
The original recipe's steps are quite confusing. So, this is my simplified version.
