Homemade Mango Yogurt Drink
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup raw fresh mango (diced) 54cal
1/2 cup cold water
10 tablespoons of homemade low-fat plain yogurt 70.9cal
1/2 teaspoon of pure honey 8cal
SERVING: 1 regular glass 132.9cal (~ 133 cal)
STEPS
- Blend all ingredients except honey to the consistency that you like (chunky mangoes or totally mushy mangoes).
- Add honey and stir well. Add more honey if you need to.
- Serve while chill.
NOTES
- This recipe calls for a pretty thick consistency yogurt drink. Add more water if you want to thin it but at the same time, you'd need to increase the honey amount.
- The bubbles formed on the surface are due to the blender.
