Homemade Mango Yogurt Drink

INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup raw fresh mango (diced) 54cal
1/2 cup cold water
10 tablespoons of homemade low-fat plain yogurt 70.9cal
1/2 teaspoon of pure honey 8cal 

SERVING: 1 regular glass 132.9cal (~ 133 cal) 

STEPS
  1. Blend all ingredients except honey to the consistency that you like (chunky mangoes or totally mushy mangoes).
  2. Add honey and stir well. Add more honey if you need to. 
  3. Serve while chill. 
NOTES
  • This recipe calls for a pretty thick consistency yogurt drink. Add more water if you want to thin it but at the same time, you'd need to increase the honey amount. 
  • The bubbles formed on the surface are due to the blender.
