Masala Vada

Masala Vada

INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 cup yellow mung bean 

1 medium onion (finely chopped) 

1/2 inch piece of ginger (finely chopped) 

4-5 curry leaves (finely chopped) 

2-3 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped) 

salt 

oil (deep frying) 


STEPS: 

  1. Soak the yellow mung bean. 
  2. Discard the water and blend the mung bean finely. 
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. 
  4. Shape the vada. 
  5. Deep fry. 
  6. Serve.
