Ginger-garlic Pork Slices 
姜葱猪肉片 


Serving: 3 (as shown in picture)

INGREDIENTS
350g pork (mei rou) 
1 teaspoon garlic (2 garlic cloves)
2 stalks of green onion
10 slices of ginger
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
little white pepper powder
little salt
3 tablespoons water

STEPS

  1. Slice pork into thin slices. Marinate with corn starch, salt and white pepper powder. Put aside.
  2. Heat up some oil and stir fry garlic and ginger. 
  3. Add in meat. 
  4. Add in oyster sauce, salt and water.
  5. Continue to cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot.
